Eligible for return
For incorrect orders or damaged products, you must report the item with photos or videos within 7 days from receipt through our email hello@barkandspark.com or our social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram), @barkandspark. We will gladly book the returning process with a courier and replace the product.
Ineligible for return
For health and safety reasons, all sales of dog treats and consumable items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, dog accessories, including but not limited to collars, leashes, harnesses, beds, and toys, are only eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and free of any pet hair, damage, or wear. Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
