Eligible for return
For incorrect orders or damaged products, you must report the item with photos or videos within 7 days from receipt through our email hello@barkandspark.com or our social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram), @barkandspark. We will gladly book the returning process with a courier and replace the product.
Ineligible for return
Due to hygiene concerns, you cannot return panties for other reasons except incorrect or damaged orders.
